Overlooking the South Branch of the Raritan River in downtown Clinton, Thomson’s goal is to provide gourmet dine-in and prepared food to-go, as well as retail specialties in a relaxed and friendly environment.

By partnering with local farms and fisheries, we bring an unmatched level of quality and freshness to Clinton. We practice sustainability by using biodegradable packaging, ethically raised fish and meat, and fresh local produce whenever possible. Our aim is to create new, exciting food, reinvigorate old classics, and put our spin on some local favorites.
